Sides: Mañío Chileno. Fretboard: Ebony. Frets: Nickel (tall). Bridge: Brazilian Rosewood. Neck: Paraguayan Cedar. With two truss-rod adjustable by the soundhole. Tuning machine: Schaller gold (Hauser model). Polish: Shellac by hand. Ornamental bindings: Indian Rosewood. Rosette: Italian. Fan bracing: Own. Comments: The soundboard, not bookmatched, a single piece of wood, stiffness medium, very flexible, with a stiff fan bracing and with requinto set of strings tuned "G" (Sol), produce a very nice tone, with a soft action in the right hand. But with a set of 1, 2 and 3rd Hannabach strings monophilament Carbono, medium tension, improve the instrument performance, with a loud, cutting sound and more contundent. |
